Ben Affleck’s miserable expression during the 2023 Grammy awards resulted in a viral meme.
JLo was caught on camera chastising Ben at some point. ‘Stop,’ she says. ‘Look more friendly. Look motivated.’
Later, JLo discovered the meme according to a seat filler sitting nearby.
She found it funny, said TikToker Almostanna, and showed it to her husband. ‘Oh my God, honey, look at this meme circulating about you.”
‘And he was like, “Oh God, this again.” Like he knew during the performance that he was a meme!’, said Almostanna.
Despite the tense interaction earlier, “they were super lovey-dovey, like their hands were always intertwined. I don’t know how to describe it. But they just were! So it wasn’t like, Oh my God, this is going to lead to divorce!” Like, they were cute!’
The seat filler shared a humorous story about them as well. When the couple was leaving after the show, Ben tried to come to Jennifer’s aid but ended up lifting her dress too high.
‘Also they left early and Ben took the skirt of her dress and lifted it up too much! And JLo was like “Honey!” It was really silly.’
